GSSC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualifications, and age limit required for GSSC recruitment are detailed below.
(1) Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Recovery Clerk
- Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification/diploma from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of computer applications with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
- Knowledge of Konkani (essential); and Marathi (desirable).
- Experience: One year in government or private establishments employing at least five people.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
(2) Junior Stenographer
- Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent diploma.
- Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- A minimum three-month certificate course in computers.
- Knowledge of Konkani (essential); and Marathi (desirable).
- Experience: One year in relevant work.
- Age Limit: Same as LDC.
