The candidate must be an IRSE officer currently working in the SAG/NFSAG scale.
The officer should have experience in construction earthworks, bridges, and track laying.
Extensive experience in the field of preparation of bids and tenders.

The officer should have good communication skills to manage bids, tenders, and project sites effectively.
Age Limit:
- SAG-level officers: Up to 58 years of age.
- Below SAG-level officers: Up to 56 years of age.
